breathtaking sunset

Couple seeking relaxation

Beautiful hotel with a stunning rooftop pool that gives you these breathtaking sunset views, just like they’re almost unreal. The staff, they really make you feel special. it’s not just good service, it’s these warmhearted people who make you forget your troubles, like when Antonina at the restaurant always managed to remember our names and preferences.

Not exactly cheap, but in some way it was worth it.

We appreciated the tranquil ambiance offered by the adults-only policy, which created a relaxing atmosphere for our trekking group. The hotel's fantastic rooftop provided stunning views of the surrounding area, enhancing our experience after long days out. The meticulously designed rooms were spacious and contributed to a comfortable retreat post-adventures.

We found the gym's opening hours to be inadequate for early risers or those returning late from trekking.

The warm welcome with champagne set a delightful tone for the stay, complemented by excellent service from Konstantina and her team. The infinity pool offered breathtaking views, and the fresh Iberian dishes were a treat, especially the desserts. the limited variety in the menu and occasional wait times in the restaurant were minor setbacks.

we absolutely loved our stay at minos ambassador suites & spa, adults only! the location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and city center. the staff, especially konstantina, was amazing, giving us a warm welcome with champagne. the food at the restaurant was delicious, with fresh ingredients and indulgent desserts that were a must-try!

Stunning sunsets in Rethymno 🌅

We had such a lekker time! The rooftop pool was a must for those incredible sunsets. Plus, the brekkie was super fresh, with great local flavours. Those desserts? Eina, so good! 😍 Definitely a chill spot with fab vibes.

Only downside was the TV, barely had any channels and it wasn’t working our last days.
